One Day – One Million Dollars – AGAIN!

Ace is extremely proud to partner with Kerry to raise funds and awareness for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. And Ace is proud of you, our vendor partners for stepping up in a big way to raise over one million dollars with this event – to be exact: $1,001,605.31 dollars raised to help kids and families treated at Lurie Children’s, all while wearing masks, in the middle of a pandemic! Thank you for showing up for the kids!

Highlights of the Event:

  • TopGolf Sunday Night Pairings party – brand new TopGolf venue was beautiful! Their staff was outstanding and it looked like everyone had a great time.
  • Hearing Gracie’s story from her mom made us realize how important our fundraising is to so many families.
  • Ace’s donation to Kerry’s Foundation, the Wood Family Foundation to support his work in Chicago.
  • Driving into Medinah, one of the area’s most prestigious courses.
  • Starting off our golf round with a reminder from miracle mom Ellie of why we were there!  And then the cart parade with foam high-fives and smiles from golfers and kids alike!
  • Lurie families joining us for a safe, fun day on the course. They love seeing all of you and catching up!
  • The fabulous hole partners that make our day even better. Although I’m not sure we have enough food and drinks out there! 😊
  • Being able to have our event, and to do so safely with our vendor partners, celebrity guests and Lurie friends!
  • New celebrities and some returning favorites!
  • Reaching the one million dollar mark, again!
  • Knowing that this day is so much more than golf…..

And finally, we have penciled in the date for next year – mark your calendars for June 28, 2021! Medinah will confirm this date by the end of November. We look forward to another great year partnering with Kerry Wood and raising money for the kids treated at Lurie Children’s Hospital!
