2nd Annual Motorcycle Miracle Mission Finishes with Engine’s Revving!

On Friday, August 14, 2009 9 motorcycle rider’s journeyed from Oak Brook, IL to Gundersen Children’s Hospital in La Crosse, WI on a mission to raise funds for sick kids.  This group consisted of Ace corporate team members, vendor partners and retailers and raised over $34,000 for Children’s Miracle Network from their three day ride. 

Through sunshine and a little rain this elite group of rider’s was able to visit some Ace stores along the way.  They were greeted by their fellow Ace family members with great enthusiasm and encouragement to their mission. 

Once arriving at Gundersen Hospital the riders were welcomed by some patients who happily received the $5,000 donation to the hospital’s Foundation.  They also had a chance to hear some of the family’s stories.
