Quick Response Training Video

The Quick Response Video is now available! This 10 minute video thoroughly explains the 13-step criteria that make up the Quick Response Program by describing in detail how to execute QR accurately and completely in order to achieve and maintain your company's QR Certification and "Preferred" vendor status with Ace Hardware.

Because the Quick Response process has been proven to benefit our vendor-partners as well as Ace, we hope that all personnel at your company involved with picking, packing and loading Ace Hardware shipments will review this video. In addition, we ask that you use this video as part of your new employee orientation process to ensure a smooth transition with personnel change.
