The Ace International Department was established in 1990. Ace International services retailers in more than 60 countries providing retailers with the same competitive advantages that Ace Corporate was founded upon.
Ace International has two divisions:
- The Export Sales and Retail Development team develops U.S.A. Drop Ship and Warehouse programs. They work directly with Ace's existing, core International retailer base in the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Mexico, Europe, Middle East, Pacific Rim and Asia. Their priority is to focus on retail support to these retailers and help them implement initiatives in their business to increase export sales and profitability. This area will also work with retailers on opening additional stores in these countries.
- The Foreign-to-foreign Import goal is to grow direct import business to both Ace and non-Ace accounts. The strong buying power and leverage of Ace Hardware is an asset for customers to use as a source for their home improvement products.
There are 3 regions within the Sales & Retail Development:
- Latin America, Caribbean, and Central America
The Sales and Retail Development Latin America & Caribbean group are located in an Ace International Miami, Florida office.
- Europe, Middle East, Canada, Africa
- Asia, Pacific, Mexico
