Second, Freight Consolidation, and Truckload Scheduling Procedures to provide our vendors with information to efficiently move freight into our facilities. Third , Inbound Routing Guide, and Preferred Carrier contact list. Vendors that follow the routing guide and use preferred carriers receive priority unloading at all Retail Support Centers. In addition we have created AHC Trucking Co. to provide pick up, delivery, and logistical services for vendors and customers alike.

The goal of the Traffic Department at Ace Hardware Corporation is to provide topnotch customer service to our retailers, vendors, and customers. We are constantly striving to meet the needs of both our vendors and retailers by providing pick up delivery service twenty four hours a day seven days a week, and improving our equipment, computer systems and communications tools.
